We live in Missouri just east of Kansas City Mo.
We have been here since around 10:30 Monday morning. Working with the warranty co due to the fact that our transmission had just been replaced in the first part of March.
The problem was found and they are in the process of working on it right now.
on our way home just about 65 miles from Oklahoma City, we started having transmission problems.
Through all of this Vance has given us a truck to drive to get us somewhere to sleep. This afternoon we were treated to grilled hot dogs with all the condiments. I can really say they have the best way to make their customers feel like they are the only ones they have.
Googling and finding the Vance dealership located in Perry Oklahoma was the best thing that could have happened to us.
Thank you to the people of Perry also for making this time pass a little faster. Everyone has been just awesome.
Home of the 3 hour oil change. Even with an appointment. I brought the truck in 10 minutes early, they took it back 20 minutes after the scheduled time. I was the only vehicle there at the time of arrival. They also broke a stud off the hub while rotating tires. I guess that's what you get with the free lifetime power train warranty. I will go to their Guthrie location next time to try them out.

i shopped online for a couple months and probably looked at a couple thousand trucks. i contacted vance on one truck that did not have pictures yet. shane got back to me right away and right from the start demonstrated that he wanted my business, without being pushy like he "needed" a sale. the price was good in fact from my research they were a little low. i live in michigan and traveled to purchase this truck and of all the dealers i talked with in 2 months shane was the only one that told me he would pick me up at the airport. he definitely earned my business! this was a pain free experience. thanks shane!
